How do financially independent women meet non broke men?

Woman in my early 30s here, curvy and brown working in a startup. I even have a nice apartment and a good friend circle. Despite all this I end up meeting a lot of broke men who want nothing real and need a free apartment to move into. I'm only looking for men above 30 and employed, any tips Berliners?
