Mastering deck

What’s a good deck to learn now and completely master. I’m at 9k trophies so it needs to be able to defend all of the midladder randomness. I was thinking xbow 3.0, balloon 2.9, or hog 2.6 so I can get a deck that’s consistent and can be used in any meta because I’m free to play and need to level all the cards up. Let me know what u think
