Window Rehab

This may not be appropriate to ask here but I’m out of ideas.

My house has a nearly 60 yo bow window which we dearly love. It needs to be rehabbed with new glass, some wood, caulk, and paint. I’ve approached painters and glass companies and no one is even interested in looking at it.

Can anyone recommend someone to come give me some ideas? Thanks.
