Vax and Vex reunion

So I just decided to watch the One shot of when Percy and Vex get married.

Y'all I am a fucking wreck. I can barely see with how hard I am crying right now at Vax being able to talk to Vex and Keyleth. I watched Legends of Vox Machina so this is my first time seeing actual game play with this campaign. Ya...no I can't stop crying my God. Like I had seen a snippet of this one shot of Vax saying "you have a child" (or whatever it was he said) so I knew he was gonna show up at some point so I didn't think I was gonna cry. Oh I was wrong. I am a mess. I was good until Vex asked Matt if she could hug her brother. 😭😭😭😭

Also just a question. So I haven't finished LoVM. I also don't know how Vax died. Why did Liam mention Vax had something that looked like cordyceps. Was it something with how he died or was it just a little call out to Last of Us cause Laura and Ashley making and or promoting the TLOU 2 around this time.
