Should I show unemployment benefits as income?

I received a notice from the HRA the other day that I have to recertify for my SNAP benefits, otherwise I will lose them after Dec 31st. Here is the thing: I only have four weeks of unemployment left, and I have no idea when I'll actually be able to find a job. In the new year when this new SNAP period starts for me, I will have no income at all. In addition to that, my unemployment benefits are very low as it is, only $153 a week, because they were calculated based on a part-time job (it was all I could find at the time). So should I disclose unemployment as income under the circumstances? I feel that it's misleading information, since I have only a short while left, and I won't have that going forward. This is in NY, if that's relevant.
