Console Players Expirencing "glitchy" animations

Change your FPS from performance to graphics. I've been playing on Xbox one and the new animations have been pretty glitchy. @JLnightmare commented on a similar post with a few trouble shooting ideas. I just confirmed that changing the video settings to graphics (30fps) will fix it.

You have to be in the apartment, go to settings, video settings, and change graphics mode.
