Today i just got diagnosed with HPV, som questions

First, sorry for my bad english, its not my first language, i also have been reading the subreddit and it was comforting, just wanted to ask for myself

Yesterday a had a sexual relationship and later saw some warts and today i went to the doc, they said it was HPV, three very very little warts (the third i noticed once i a was back home after the doc), they did cryotreatment and was told that once they fall off im good. My problem now is how i tell my sexual partner what happen? and when can i have sex again once the warts fall? how can i go with my life knowing i have/had HPV and its repercussions? for some info i only had 5 sexual partners in my life and vaccinated myself today when i saw the warts
