Looking for advice/suggestions

I'm currently looking at parts to upgrade my current build. Im trying to upgrade to improve VR (Pimax 8K) performance in DCS and other Sims. Performance is okay but with some decent reduction in graphics and a lot of tweaking. Currently have a Ryzen 7 5800, RTX 3080 10GB, 4x8GB DDR4 corsair RAM and a 850W PSU. I'm looking to upgrade to a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, RX 7900 XTX, 2x32GB DDR5 6000 and 1000W PSU I'm open to changing things but this is on the edge of my budget. I plan on reusing my case, fans, and storage. I plan on upgrading my monitor from a 1080p to 1440p in the future as well.
