baby shower gifts for second baby?

hi everyone! my SIL is having her second baby (a boy, first child is a girl she’s 2) and she didn’t want a big shower but my mom is throwing her a mini baby sprinkle lol. that being said, i’m kinda torn on what to get. I usually buy off the registry (she doesn’t have one this time around) and i feel like everyone is just going to be buying baby boy clothes because she has most of the baby “necessities” from my niece. what would you have appreciated going into your second baby?
