Post Update Getting 5-10fps, Unmodded, any idea why?

My game suddenly runs like shit after the update after never having problems before and running consistently 90fps.

I've tried loading a fresh save and the fps is equally borked. Can't see that anyone else has had this issue before, so any advice or even to know someone else is experiencing the same problem would be appreciated!
