Battle pass gaining negative progress

Hello, I logged in today and bought the Phantom edition after playing F2P for a while. I started to play and noticed that whenever I finish a weekly challenge or hit the 10k exp for a “token” for the BP it says -1 earned… anyone else seen this? I assume it’s a glitch, but I reset my game and still am gaining negative progress and my BP isn’t earning rewards… I also haven’t gotten my Twitch drops from several months ago. Seems like Dice has some progression glitches.

I also wonder if me buying the phantom edition has something to do with it since it gives 25 skips, before I got the pack the game was progressing normally.
