Help! MVMCP sold out!

My whole party is going to MVMCP on 11/16 and we just found out we will have my niece coming with us on the trip. The tickets are sold out! Is there anything I can do to get one child ticket at this point? Do tickets generally become available closer to the date? I keep trying the chat but no luck!
