Need any advice I can get

Hello everyone. I am a newly registered nurse who has been struggling trying to get a job for the past 3 months no matter what positions I apply for.

I have my parents hounding me about needing to get a proper job, I recently got a retail job that way I’m making some money while, however me not having a proper job by now is apparently due to me being lazy and not wanting to take initiative. Which isn’t true. I have applied to a little over 350 jobs and only got 2 interviews so far, neither of which I was picked for.

I’ve been applying for jobs dealing with peds, Or nursing, a few residencies at hospitals, women’s health clinics, aesthetics nursing (only postings that are new grad friendly), med surg and cancer clinics.

Does anyone have any advice on how they got their first nursing jobs?

I don’t want to settle for something I’m not interested in. However with my parents hounding on me getting a job and telling me I’m lazy and ungrateful I’m starting to feel horrible in general. So please be nice. Any helpful advice is appreciated.
