What should I upgrade to? Rx3 vs flx 10

I’ve been using my trusted flx4 to practice for 6-7 months now and believe I’ve outgrown it. I’m starting to play in public & seek consistent gigs and would love to upgrade my equipment.

I play mostly high bpm dance music like Ghetto tech/house, Juke, Footwork, Jersey Club, Baile Funk & occasionally hip hop, afrobeats & r&b. I’m not a big user of stems but sometimes it is useful for transitions as opposed to fiddling with EQ’s.

I’m considering the flx10 because it has 4 channels & it would be a nice challenge to learn how to blend 3+ tracks. The stems could also come in handy. A major drawback would be sound quality & having to haul a laptop around with my controller.

The xdj rx3 only requires a usb & has superior sound quality. However, it’s only 2 channels & doesn’t support stems.

What do you think is a better choice based on value & my dj niche?
