Sizing question

I see all the shorts are slim fit… I’m a bigger guy. 6’2” and 270lbs (down from 300lbs and still going) what size do you think would be best. I’m typically a 2xl in shorts but I’m not sure and I don’t wanna spend a lot if they don’t fit
