Unbalanced hearing...??

Hi! I'm not sure how to title this or explain this so I will try to be direct. Asking here was not my first option but I'm not getting answers so I apologize if this post doesn't qualify of being here. It's a long post so I hope you can read it fully.

So, my hearing has been good for all my life. After some events in 2022 involving CPTSD (diagnosed) one of my ears started "sharpening" my hearing sense, but the other kept on decreasing. I guess the hearing loss may be normal after I have to put music very loud to cancel the other sounds that affect my right ear, so I stopped putting it so loud.

I tried to go to my medics and all they did was compliment my right ear instead of. Actually doing something. I will explain. It hurts physically when I hear certain... Frequencies? Peaks of volume? I'm not sure at all. But it's not like I'm actually hearing anything, or that it hurts all the time. It's just with different noises (sometimes there's none, then it happens randomly), my right ear feels like it's getting pierced through my head and it hurts so much. It's enough to make me physically drop to the floor in pain. The people I live with think I'm being overdramatic but it hurts as much as period cramps.

As well it often goes silent and a static noise replaces the "sharpened" sense in the same ear, but it gets way more haunting because it makes me paranoid, unsure if there's actually something making that sound or if it's the "static silence". I must say here that my ear can also detect a buzzing sound from electronics even if they're far, so I hope that explains why the paranoia. It's very similar.

I don't know what should I do with this anymore, I'm worried, confused and desperate. One of my ears hears more than the other and it hurts, it's driving me mad. I hope I was able to explain everything and that it's clear that this started happening after 2022.

I try to deal with this but having one ear going from "I'm so good at hearing that I can hear the neighbors" to "Could you repeat for the 13rd time please?" Several times a day at mostly random times or with certain noise it's draining me completely...
