usersdrive iOS am I doing something wrong?

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm not always at home and have 200GB a month free as part of my phone plan. I need to get files during the day and I'm not always at home.

When I get files off usersdrive sometime it works and sometimes it doesn't and I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I prefer usersdrive as it is fastest, depositfiles is ok if everything else stops working, or fldr but it is very slow. clicknupload only in desperation.
