Experienced chef/restaurant manager seeking work permit sponsorship in Kelowna

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a full-time job in the restaurant industry and need an employer who can sponsor me for a work permit (LMIA/closed work permit). I’m currently working in Kelowna under an LMIA-supported work permit, but my contract is ending due to my current employer’s business constraints.

I have just over 10 years of experience managing restaurants, running kitchens, training staff, and keeping operations running smoothly. I’m responsible, hardworking, and passionate about hospitality.

If you know of any restaurants or businesses that might be open to hiring someone like me and supporting the LMIA process, I’d really appreciate any tips, leads, or suggestions.
