Can't update to Windows 11 on Surface Pro 7

I tried to update to Windows 11 on my Microsoft Surface Pro 7, the first time it told me there wasn't enough storage but I was able to allow temporary access to my SD card so it could update. After that it stayed at 15%, so I restarted my tablet and the update. First it looked like it worked, it got to 99% and then started over again at 0%, got to 4% I think and didn't go further, so I again restarted my tablet and it said there was a problem with installing the update. So I restarted the update again, now it stays at 10% and restarting the tablet changes nothing. I also downloaded that app PC Health Check Setup where you can check if your PC supports Windows 11 and it said my Surface supports it. I absolutely know nothing about all that stuff so please explain your solutions like I'm a toddler haha
