Build Question

So, I finally decided I am going to buy the top of the line PC that 15 year old me couldn't afford.

I ordered an a7500, 5090 9800x3d. I opted for the a7500 as I had read the 9800x3d is better for gaming than the 9950x3d. I was very close between the a8200 and the a7500, but honestly the looks of the a7500 were preferable to me so it pushed it over the edge. Plus the 1k saving was nice.

Watched the youtube review where it had come in as pretty great with the exception of the cooling, and the non icue parts. At the time I was ok with those trade offs.

Since ordering I have been waffling as to whether I should just get the new air 5400 with all top of the line stuff. Building a PC is just not for me so I prefer prebuilts. I almost think that my deciding factor will be if its a crap OEM GPU I will return and just trick out the air 5400. Will the 240 cooler really make a big difference to my detriment while 4k gaming?

Budget isnt really an issue as I get an allowance from my firm and I can afford it. But I don't want to throw another 1-2k down the drain for no reason.

Anyone that understands hardware better than me have any advice? I know I don't need the expensive gpu but I want it. I just don't want to have any buyers remorse where I would have been noticeably better off spending more dollars.
