Best Survival Mod Collection

Hello Stormcloaks and Imperials.

I haven't played Skyrim in years but a YouTube video made me want to do a modded survival run. I want a hardcore run where the elements and mobs are trying their hardest to kill me.

No fast-travel, food and drink, etc. As well as immersive and lore-friendly mobs.

Any suggestions?
