[Desktop Web] Comment Shows Up On Everything Except "Best"

I posted this on r/reddithelp but was directed to post here because they said it is not an uncommon bug. So, my comment on one particular post will not appear if I select "Best" as the sorting order. But it does appear when I select any of the other sorting selections.

Also, this problem is just this one post. My comments on other posts will show up on "Best", so it isn't my reputation. And the comment that doesn't show has 1 upvote. But that shouldn't matter, since a 0 upvoted comment from someone else also shows under "Best".

The only reason I can think of is that maybe this post has 11 comments already, and that's too many for my comment to show up?
