Please advise - Sabre SV sizing

Hey, I’d really appreciate some recommendations on Sabre SV sizing. It’s on the outlet website so no returns or exchanges, so naturally I need to get it right the first time! From what I can see on this sub, it seems to run pretty big, that being said, I don’t want a snug shell because of layering, and I’m a few pounds heavier than I’d like to be. I’m about 5’9.5” and 185-190lbs. Hopefully I can shed a few pounds before ski season, but I’m worried the medium might be a little snug, although it sounds like the large is probably way too big? What do you guys think? Thank you in advance!
