How to play top songs by an artist

I am migrating to Apple Music from Amazon because my credit card now gives me a "free" subscription. I have a lot of Echo devices. With Amazon Music I can say "Alexa, play top songs by Rick Astley" and assuming the artist has a lot of popular songs, I'll get popular songs by that artist.

However, with Apple Music, at least via Echo devices, the same request "Alexa, play top songs by Rick Astley" gives me a station based on the artist. This is not what I want, and I can't find any way to actually get songs only by a specific artist. I could probably play a specific album, maybe even a best of album if the artist has one, but that's not really want I want.

Any suggestions on how to get "Alexa, play top songs by Rick Astley" to actually give me top songs by my buddy Rick?
