Theory on Episode 6 Ending

Amidst the chaos regarding the ending, I noticed something on my second run...

In the last hacking minigame, when you are unlocking the safe for Visi, if you fail the minigame the safe opens by itself. Robert acknowledges he didn't do anything, and Visi says that he must have done something because the lock was opened.

I don't think that is something unimportant. Given by the fact that Shroud was waiting for her just outside the door, could this whole situation have been a trap? Not especifically for Visi, but for Robert or anyone else related to him that went there to find the pulse.
