Where to get mental health support in Ontario, Canada?

Please help. I believe I can really benefit from getting mental health support. I’ve looked into online resources but they seem a bit too expensive for me. I’ve never actually gotten help before and I don’t know where to start.. I live in a very small town and would prefer if I can get help online. I am willing to pay just not to the extreme of things I have seen online that are 80$+ a week..

Or is that normal pricing? Sorry if I’m rambling
