Is Kingston in the area for the Canadian Cancer Society's Travel Treatment Fund? Anybody have experience applying?

According to their website: "If you live in AB/SK/MB/ON, you must also live in an area supported by the TTF. To find out if you live in one of these areas, call us."

I was unable to get through to their phones before they closed today, as their phone hours align a lot with when I work. I sent an email, but I just wanted to see if anyone here has used it before? Specifically needing to travel to Toronto. If anyone has used it, did it take long for the application to be processed?
