45 [M4F] Texas/Online - Anyone just looking for a friend?

I know, I know... not really the sub for that. But why not? Real friends talk about anything and everything, and sometimes its not exactly safe for work. That's what makes people friends, right? You get past the nicety and surface-level stuff and talk about the real stuff. There's a certain intimacy there that is nice, and comfortable. I miss that.

So, I guess what I'm looking for is someone who wouldn't mind something more than a quick chat tonight. I won't put any demands on your time because we all have real lives outside of Reddit, but it would be nice if I (we) had someone to chat with at least semi-regularly. Our schedules might not sync up every night, but a few times a week we could sit down and talk a bit, vent, share a joke or some gossip, etc. You get the idea.

Does that appeal to you at all or am I the only one?
