Sabrett Onions in Sauce

NYC transplant here. I’ve accepted the pizza situation and in exchange for the ridiculously good street tacos, its not a bad trade off.

But whats up with some New York hot dogs? Anywhere in town I can get a plate of some classic dirty water dogs? Onions, mustard and Sourkraut is a Brooklyn staple and im fiending.
