English speaking jobs in gent?

Hi im a norwegian looking into moving to gent, ive worked in the service industry as bartender and waiter for a couple of years, wondering if anyone has any idea if its hard to get a job there as someone who doesnt speak dutch or french. and should I translate my CV into dutch or would that be wierd cause i dont actually speak it. would love any insight if anyone has any.
