I think a customer I just delivered to is going to mark his order as not received

I picked up a low paying order because it was less than a mile drive. When I get there, the kid was waiting outside when it was a leave at door order, and ran inside before I could take picture. I took a picture of the house but I don’t how that’ll work if the kid decides to pull that stunt. I’ve been in hold for almost twenty minutes to speak to a live agent about the matter because I already have a violation from today for red card overcharge. Has this happened to anyone?
