First timer Advice: Refill through Callon Doc

Hi everyone, I’m a noob here. Not sure if I used the correct flair. But I’ll be doing my second shot tomorrow night, but I’m could someone offer advice on how to go about refills? I went through call on doctor to get this prescription but I had do a PA and provide additional info and was approved! Yay.

Since I never used COD before, do I just start another inquiry about a refill? Will I have to do another PA? My insurance did add it to my formulary one I was approved.

And how close to the last shot do you all inquire about a refill? Or do you have to wait until all four have been taken in order to do the fill?
