How to counter Jeff ult with Jeff ult?

I've seen many Jeff's counter other Jeff ults with their own ult, but every time I try to, I never actually pick them up. I tried searching it up, but I can't find anything helpful, just "how to counter Jeff ult" but not with his own ult. What's the timing on this?
