Havoc Stats in legion Remix

Hello friends from Azeroth !

I have a quick question about my stats in remix.

I play Havoc and right now i have 47% crit, 37% Hast and 353% mastery.

I was thinking of course you have to up mastery as much as possible because it increases chaos damages by the amount of mastery... BUT i don't see a lot of DH with the same build Soi was wondering i'm i just wrong ?
