NR200 + Reaper 9070XT + m.2->10Gb + AIO 280mm?

Looking at a 9950X3D + 9070XT in ITX, but I also need 10Gb for NVMe-oF. So my plan is to use the Reaper 2 slot card and a m.2 to 10Gb adapter and use the 3rd slot off the back of the NR200. Also due to heat thinking about a 280mm AIO. Is this kind of config do-able in any versions of the NR200?
