18 Months of a Hell relationship with a covert NPD/BPD fearful avoidant. Broke up and got back together maybe a dozen times

Things got really bad in the last month because while we broke up and were trying to get back together again she went on a lunch with a guy

She told me the guy never contacted her back, but her behavior changed ever since this incident. We would text eachother every 30-60 minutes or so all day long every day. It's something we've done since we first met. If we were doing something we would tell the other what we were doing

But after meeting this guy suddenly she's disappearing for huge blocks of time like 4-6 hours and not texting or saying where she is going or where she went. There were other signs too

Today I had enough. She told me she had nothing scheduled for the day, then she disappeared for 7 hours. When she texted me back after 7 hours, I asked her what was she doing where she couldn't message me back for 7 hours?

All she told me was "I have a busy life". She's always told me what she was doing etc. After all the signs she was cheating (we agreed to be a couple again a few weeks ago), this was the cherry on top.

I told her the only way for us to go forward was for both of us to share GPS tracking on our phones for 2 months until trust was restored. She called me a controlling psycho. That's actually one of the least bad things I am for not just leaving her

The argument got worse, she started calling me names, stupid, average intelligence, no lifer,

The third time she called me stupid I told her not to call me that again

She said it again after that

I blocked her
