May nahuli naba dito for moonlighting? Both tax and mandatory benefits?

Nadedemonyo ako kumuha ng J3 kasi yung J1 ko na independent contractor ginawa nalang akong part time which is malaking kabawasan. While J2 is full time taxable and mandatory benefits. Yung nag reachout na J3 taxable and mandatory benefits. What should I do?
