Airport anxiety

I will be traveling by plane soon for the first time since coming out as trans. I have my preferred name and gender on my passport and ID and pass okay due to T. However, I have mainly stopped binding for a few reasons (I now mostly wear sports bras) and will also definitely not be able to wear one during the flight due to anxiety and pain issues. Now I’m scared to that my (noticeable) chest will cause issues at security, how do I go abt this?
