What would have to happen for Jeffries and or Shumer to be forced out?

I understand politics in both major parties is a money and power machine, but what would have to happen for either of these two to be forced out?

At the same time, as a centrist, whenever I see either of these two speak, I am left feeling uninspired, and neither ever has a passionate message that leaves me shouting at the clouds, "you're darn right?"

To be fair, whenver I hear Mike Johnson and or John Thune speak (the Republican House and Senate Speakers, most often, I don't believe a word either of them says, and more often than not, I think to myself, neither of them believes what they are saying either.
