Posting from a throwaway: burnout and thinking of moving to Ottawa

I’ve been completely burned out, and my mental health has been slipping since I moved up north. My parents are getting older and ask me to visit every couple of weeks to help with errands. I do have a stable full-time job here, but keeping up with everything just isn’t sustainable anymore. I’ve got a couple of interviews next week — would it be a bad idea to move to Ottawa if one of them works out? I don’t plan on living with my parents but plan to get a place to myself and a girlfriend.
