Sjogrens antibodies question

33 yr old female, 5’4, 116 pounds. I currently am diagnosed with POTS and EDS I had SS-A and SS-B antibodies done and my results are:

SS-A: 1.17 SS-B: 0.95

Can anyone interpret these and what they would mean? I’ve been having low grade fevers for a few months a bunch of other symptoms
