Does this website work for you?

Hi all,

I'm based in the UK and have an experience day voucher that's soon due to expire, but whenever I try to use it the website doesn't load properly.

I've tried 5 different devices (3x phones, tablet, and a laptop). I've tried different browsers, both normal and InCognito mode. I've tried home wifi, workplace wifi, mobile data, and VPN. I've cleared my cache, and tried CTRL + F5 - None of these make any difference.

I've raised a complaint with the company, initially one of their representatives was having the same issue, but I've been passed to someone else who is simply unhelpful and I'm making no progress.

I appreciate nobody here will have a voucher code to get past the redemption page, but it's clear just from looking that there's a broken image link for the left-hand panel. I've (hopefully) attached a screenshot of the website, with a yellow arrow pointing to the tell-tale sign it's not working correctly.

Has anyone got any suggestions of things I might not have tried yet?

Does anyone know what the likely problem is, just from first glance?

Is everyone else having the same issue, or is it working for some and both others?
