Which positions are more prone to be RA'd in IBM North America?

Given the recent layoffs in IBM, I was curious if this is a targeted layoff for certain roles within the company or is every role at the mercy of RA most generally?

I'm asking this because I've accepted a role at IBM as a Brand Technical Specialist in the West region and I don't want to worry about RA every single quarter because I know layoffs are just excuses for companies to increase their profit earnings and their stock price.
