My dad’s 16” lightbridge secondary mirror

Hi all! My dad passed away when I was younger and he was an avid stargazer. He had a Meade 16” lightbridge dobsonian telescope and I just recently acquired it from my parent’s house.

It appears that the secondary mirror has oxidized a lil bit. I am looking to just replace it, but it’s out of stock online.

I’m here to ask

1. Does anyone have one they would want to sell to me? I need the GSO Elliptical Secondary Mirror - 88mm

2. Does anyone know how I could maybe try to clean the one I have? I have ethanol (I work in a lab) and I have access to like every other cleaning product under the sun (or stars heh). So let me know what you suggest and what would be safe!

Thanks a lot. I’m trying to get my dad’s telescope up and running because my mom and sister are coming to visit for Thanksgiving and I’d like to take them stargazing since it’ll also be my dad’s birthday around that time. :)
