Cost Effective CPU Cooler and Case Fans for Fractal North with R7 9800x3D?

Hi everyone, I recently got a great deal on a PNY RTX 5090 OC for $1400, so I am now building a new PC. I have most of the parts picked out (some may change depending on pricing as I'm waiting for Black Friday/Cyber Monday), but I'm hoping for some insight on what I should I pick up in terms of CPU cool and case fans. I'm planning on doing no RGB in this build.

Currently, I have picked out the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5 CPU cooler and 4 Noctua NF -A12x25 PWM case fans along with 2 fans that come with the case.. $152 for the 4 case fans seems extremely high.

Are there any other fans that are cheaper that would provide the same performance and quietness as the Noctua fans?

And what about the Dark Rock Pro 5? Is there any better bang for your buck options in terms of CPU coolers?
