Brit looking to move to Dubai but Anxious and have no connections or friends there

Hi,

Im 21 year old Brit, looking to move out for the first time let alone to another country, so you can understand how nervous and second guessing im making myself for this decision.

Im Self employed, I trade stock market/options and make around 25-50k a month give or take, but it fluctuates a lot depending on my performance. I have around 300k in savings,

The reason why I want to move to Dubai, is I have a lot of unrealised gains that I want to claim tax free and also the huge tax benefits for my personal income. Also, i feel that still living with my parents is stifling my growth and I want to get out there in the real world.

Recently there's been rumours that the UK will introduce an exit tax at the next budget on the 25th of November of 20%, this has made me really anxious and started for me to look at the options and move hastily towards moving to Dubai if i Was to

But the main issues I have, is I dont know anyone in dubai, i have no family, no friends or even acquaintances, the most i have if even are parasocial relationship nline with people who post there experiences on tiktok. My social life in the UK is really fucked anyway, i basically have no friends, my only "friend" that i speak to on a daily basis lives half way across the planet. So its not a much better situation, Im very family centric, i still live with my parents, and siblings so its a big moving away from them and not having that support network.

Im also worried because my income fluctuates a lot depending on the market, so if i will run out of money or be able to continuie supporting myself if I now hhave to pay rent each month.

I might be overthinking this a lot but its a big decision for me
