Should I accept this fetish?

I’m (21M) really struggling to decide whether I should embrace this feederism fetish and the idea it stands for or should I just ignore it completely? I mean don’t get me wrong I’m all about letting people be who they wish to be but thing is, at the end of the day this fetish isn’t healthy physically and mentally, I tried ignoring that fact but it keeps popping up since it’s the very nature of that fetish, I have no idea what to think of it and whether I should give in to this or try my best to ignore it.
