Help Me Understand the Difference Between These Two Words (Y-M-N)
I recently came across these similar Arabic words and was wondering if a native speaker can help me understand the difference between them. They both come from the Y-M-N root which I understand literally relates to the right hand and metaphorically means blessings etc.
Yaminah (يَامِنَة) and Yameen / Yameenah (يمين / يمينة). Would it be correct to say that Yameen / Yameenah means "blessed" and Yaminah means "bringer of blessings"? Or am I misinformed?
Also, is there a masculine version of Yaminah يَامِنَة ? Something like يامن ?
