Did he fake it?

I slept with a man last night after dating for about three months. His behavior last night makes me feel like he faked his climax. Once he "finished" he stayed in me for about 10 mins, then didn't take the condom off for an hour and some change after. We woke up a few hour later because we were sweaty and that's when he went to the loo to change the condom when I was tired and disoriented. Is the "keeping the condom on" behaviour normal??
