Who has had micro needling w/ PRF or PRP? Is it worth it?

I’m considering getting micro needling with PRF, my goals are to add volume and firmness/plumpness to the lower half of my face, particularly on the left side corner of my mouth where I can see some shadowing starting. I would like to address this before it gets worse.

Has anyone had success with micro needling with PRF or PRP if so, can you please share your success stories? I understand that three sessions will need to be done.

I would like to try natural approaches that are less invasive before resorting to PRF injections or dermal filler injections.
